Need help with fuel pump relay please read

I was fixing one of the wires from the fuel pump relay connector , and I accidentally touched another wire and it shorted out, now my 88 tpi 5.7ltr camaro doesn't start, I also noticed the check engine light doesn't turn on either. I've checked fuses in fuse box, and they seem to be fine, my question is if their is any other fuses I could check and where are they located? Or if anyone could help me figure this out. Thank you in advanced.

There is an individual fuse in the engine compartment, its for the fuel pump/ecm, it will be on the passenger side, near the radiator, or on the passenger side fender(front)

Its in a little weatherproof black housing with two big wires coming out of it.
