Re: flashers and hazzards wont blink!

start by checking "ALL" bulbs & sockets . clean all sockets (scotch brite pads) brush inside of all sockets with a "LIGHT" coat of di-electric grease . clean base of all old bulbs (scotch brite again with a light coat of grease) . repair/replace any bad wires/connectors you might find . clean "ALL" dirty connectors you come across . all of the above apply to "ALL" elect. plugs , male & female . good luck .

I don't disagree with tom for bulb checking but, the hazard flasher relay should work even if only one bulb work. Rare both fail together. Make sure you even have flasher relays to start
Hazard and turn are separate circuits using different flasher relays.

Jut for clarification, there are no relays in the turn signal circuit, only flashers.

Thank you for the correction Lou. Brainfart on my part, my mistake.

No worries, I've had some of those myself.
Now for the million dollar question: what do brain farts smell like?
