No Headlights, taillights, horn, ect... I'm Stuck!

I posted another thread "Headlight switch problems" but no one has replied yet. The two wires going to the door jamb switch on the driver side got disconnected. When I went to reconnect them the connectors on the switch broke off. At that point, no headlights, taillights, horn, instrument lights, ect.

So I replaced the door jamb switch. Nothing. Replaced fuses. Nothing. Replaced Headlight switch. Nothing. I really don't know what else to do. Idk if there would be a random short pop up after the were working fine before the disconnection. And I don't know of any more components that it could be. The fusible links have been cut out near the starter, so that couldn't be it either. Any help would be very appreciated. I'm getting desperate, I NEED this vehicle!

No problem

The wires going to the starter had a bad spot, I just cut it out and taped it up.

That sounds like it may be a burned fusible link. You should replace it with the proper size. They are like fuses that are never meant to blow, but protect things in case of a short in an unexpected place.
