Re: wiring diagram help!

so according to that, both my oilpressure and water temp is a single wire each?

i have a 3-wire connector for my oil pressure sender... but i only have 1 live wire, being that brown or tan one according to the chart. i also have a orange and grey wire that come out of the connector but does not go anywhere to what i have. any clue to those?

Re: wiring diagram help!

The orange and gray were for the electric fuel pump, there is an electrical switch in there that closes them when oil pressure is present.

Ignore them the tan is your pressure sender connection.

Re: wiring diagram help!

No. That is a backup for the fuel relay. If the relay goes, this will get you home.
The tan wire is the one that goes to the c100 and onto the dash.
For coolant there is a green wires that goes to the c100 as well.
Look above for pinouts.

Yes.

However if you remove the little clip off the back that makes sure the wires and seals doesnt come out, then use a needle or small paper clip, you can release the tab that locks the terminal in there, you'll see the small slot on the end that plugs into the sending unit, thats where you want to put the needle into, then pull the wire, terminal and seal out. Fill the holes back in with RTV so it stays a sealed connection.
