shorted my dash lights- fuse is fine
Ok while wiring up a set of new guages i was testing the various pins to make sure i was getting it right........so i accidently shorted the test light while checking out the dash lights. heard a click, then they went out. I figured it was a fuse....every one in the block looks fine- still no dash lights. is there a relay that i might have damaged? Thanks Pat

ok changed out the light switch. the car needed it anyway...no dash lights......so i pulled the instrument fuse again and took a closer look at it....it had burned through on one end....NOT in the middle.....very hard to see ! so the mystery is solved. on to the next.
