92 speedo woes, possible to test?
So I've been searching for an answer as to why my speedometer isn't working. I have tested the Vss wires to the ecm and found voltage when the wheels turn, I've tested the wire going to the cluster as well, my odometer spins but the speedo is not moving at all. I posted in the speedo fix thread with no luck, when I put my meter on the circuit card I found no resistance on the card, and the other thread calls out a 30 ohm resistor but by my color coding of the resistors its not 30 ohms. Maybe they've discolored over time Idk. My question is has anyone, or does anyone know of a test for the speedo? I want to determine if the motor itself is shot so does anyone know enough about the speedo drive motor to give me a heads up on a continuity or resistance check? I don't want to arbitrarily stab the cluster if I don't know what I'm looking for. It Asda suggested that my motor drive is dead I'm just looking for a way to verify that
TIA
