Cracks on top of dizzy?

Engine: 350 TPI, twin turbo
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
Cracks on top of dizzy?
Check out the cracks on top of the plastic cover thing. Should I be worried? Anyone recognize the dizzy? Only marks are what appears to be the date.
