Weird Headlight motor problem

Hi Guys,

One of the 3 wire headlight motors in my car was playing up for a long time, choosing when to open and not so I finally replaced it with another one which lasted about a week and stopped working.

So I tested it out today by following the workshop manual and found the relay had gone for the right headlight, replaced it and it's working again.

My problem is when I measured the voltages the red/white white had 13.5Volts (was trickle charging at the time) which was fine, but when I turned the lights on, the pink wire was only putting out 11.0V.

I tested the other side and both wires were putting out 13.5V each.

So somewhere I'm losing 2.5V and I'm assuming it's damaging to the Relay.

I know the isolation relays are no longer available but does anyone know the part number for the actuator relays for the NON-module headlight setups for the '85 firebirds?

And has anyone had this issue before, or know what might be causing it?
