Slow power windows

Is there an upgraded power window set up for these cars? Mine are real slow. Or are later ones faster? For example on my 84 Vette the windows were slow so I put window set ups out of a 90 Vette since they were a different design and they were much faster. I only had to drill one hole in the bottom of the door.

Is there anything I can do for an 86 T/A to get faster windows?

Re: Slow power windows

have you tried greasing the slides with lithium greese? theres probably 20+ years of gunk and old greese built up on the slides making the motors work harder and slower to move the windows.

Re: Slow power windows

That's a good point. I'll try that. As I remember they are still slower than I would like so I wanted to see if there was a faster setup. The difference in the first design in the C4 Vette and the later design was night and day
