Windshield Wipers Annoying (89' Iroc)
When I shut off the wipers, they tend to go up and down about 4 more times. It is quite annoying, is there a way to make it shut off instantly as soon as I turn it off?

There’s a timer built into the wiper system that does that after you use the washer.
It sounds like yours is activating even when you’re not using the washer.
Use an ohmmeter to make sure the washer switch on the stalk is not making unintended contact when you turn off the wipers.
