Turn signal blinks itself on bumpy roads

Video included. It only happens when either the running lights or the headlights are on. I've tried wiggling the wires going into the taillights but got no response. Wiggling the turn signal lever doesn't help it either. Happens when going over potholes and bumpy roads

When i got the car the rear right turn signal never worked even with replacing bulbs and replacing the socket pigtail. Then one day the right rear blinker started working and started this problem. I'm looking for ideas on how to fix this.

And im not sure if this blinking corresponds to the outside blinkers actually blinking. I can figure it out but i don't want people to think i'm always turning right.
