Unresponsive clock/radio displays "Lac" message

Unresponsive clock/radio displays "Lac" message
Hi guys.
I just got my 88 GTA back from a garage where I had my valve seals and spark plugs replaced. Its running better now, but when I turned on the car and looked at my radio, all I got was "Lac." The radio wont respond to any button I press, even the power button. All it says is Lac. Is this a simple fix? Perhaps a wiring issue? Thanks!
