I am in the middle of doing an engine swap on a 1991 firebird and want to hook up my body harness to power so I can work on other things inside the car. I thought it would be as simple as connecting the power cable and grounding some wires but my attempts were unsuccessful. The previous owner had originally pulled all of the harnesses out of the car so I am trying to put it all back together. Can someone help me identify which wires need to be grounded or hooked to 12v power on the body harness for it to work independently?

 

or perhaps someone could post the wiring diagrams for the body harness.
