Minimal wiring
Hey all, Im looking at getting my wire stripped down to make my futre work easier on me.
Details of my build:
85 z28. Originally 305 lg4 carb
Carbed 5.3, MSD 6010 box, th400.
I want to keep radio, and heat.
Elec fuel pump, and things like that will be ran on their own switch panel
ive already stripped the engine bay harness, and the lights harness down, but now im at the interior harness. I pulled out the ecm, and its wires, but thats about where im at...
Im using a custom gauge setup, so can i jsut get rid of the two plugs that went to the stock cluster? (i believe for the dummy lghts)
The relay panel under the dash, right behind the aldl, can all that and its wiring be removed?
The plugs going to the center console/shifter. Theres a relay looking switch here, with a wire that goes to the rear, is that to tell the reverse lgiths to trigger on? Since ill be using a th400, with no CC, can i just remove all this as well, save for the windows and hatch?
