headlights windows hatch issues

headlights windows hatch issues
so been doin a motor swap car has been sitting over a year windows and everything worked Fine last time i threw a battery in it to roll up the windows nothing happens power hatch wont pull down and when u turn on the light the left side works and the right only 1 lights up but very dim, any ideas why this stuff is acting up?

You might have blown a Fusible Link.
Fusible Links usually look like a one inch plastic rod in line with the wire and are located near the battery or at the starter.
