Engine: currently building a 355
Transmission: unsure what it will end up with
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 2.73
Prom?
I am switching from my V6 2.8L T-5 to a carbed V8 355..... do I even need my Prom or PCM? I took out the wiring and the prom and don't see any reason any my wiring diagram of why I should keep any of it except the battery and starter solenoid wiring.

Nope ! Unless your state mandates that the car is factory for smog purposes,... you'll be fine with no ECM.
FYI; You WILL loose TCC lock-up, so an aftermarket lock-up kit is recommended.
