Re: coil relocation help

Whats the point of moving them?

Look into LSA/LS9 valve covers for a cleaner look without breaking the bank

Re: coil relocation help

well the point of moving them for me is so I can have a cleaner looking engine! I was never a fan of wires and the like, so I would really like to hide them somewhere while still being safe, thanks

Re: coil relocation help

Saw an engine at a car show with them clustered behind the carb to imimate a distributor. Hard to spot the difference under the breather. Any where beyond the valve covers will be a hinderance to service though

Re: coil relocation help

I was thinking under the headers for mine, but haven't played with them to see how they would fit. My concern was the heat would cook the plastic over time and like Pocket said, would be a pain to access.
