HELP

i have a 91 camaro rs i purchased custom cluster layovers from blackcat customs i took needles off cluster to remove old layovers an put new on followed all their directions and now the needles dont work and it cost 800 ro send them off and have them recalibrated it is all computer please help

Are you sure you seated the cluster correctly during reinstall? Did you check all fuses?

I'm pretty sure it went back in right but I will double check that an all the fuses I was also wondering this I put a aftermarket wheel in and when I took out the airbag put it in theft mode and it wouldn't start for 3 days and I was told to reset the computer by holding the battery terminals together for 15 min I taped them together for maybe 30 and it worked and started and ran fine I'm wondering if I can do it with this problem since its a computer driven cluster any advice greatly appreciated
