ESC bypass wiring question

I have a 92 305 TBI 5 speed. On the timing bypass connector . On the side of the coil there is a tan wire . And on the other side it's black , which is the timing bypass. But on the same side as the black wire there is another DARK BLUE wire coming out of the connector and it is cut.. WHAT IS THIS WIRE FOR???? My injectors aren't pulsing so I'm going after wires .

The dark blue wire is for the detonation control sensor.
