got 1986 iroc 305 auto with an alarm that goes off when it wants so my battery went dead and I tried jumping it and when I connect the cables the alarm goes of now my car wont turn over or click nothing cant get it to start all my electrical works but the car will not fire turn make noise nothing when I turn the key

 

A friend of mine had a corolla that did the same thing, when you hooked the battery up the alarm would go off and the car sat dead (he didn't even know it had an alarm). Oddly enough when we pulled the emergency brake the alarm stopped and he was able to start the car.

worth a shot, probably a long shot.

 

I just finished a remote start install on my wife's car and the installation manual stated that in the event that the battery is disconnected or goes dead, the system will try to resume it's last state.

If yours was in immobilizer mode when your battery died that's most likely the situation you're experiencing. It might be worth your time to remove or pay someone to remove that system and get one that you know for sure works. It also my be worth it to try and find the manual for it and see if there's a reset procedure.
