help me here guys
well, i bought an 89 RS camaro nice body and motor too, interior, it turns and turns and turns. i have a 400SB i wanna built and put in later. well i bypass the VET system =, still no prime. under the hood it look like some wires some been cut first theres a connector not plugged in, with a black and brown wire wire cut from it and wired together. second looks like he bought a new relay. I'm getting power to the orange wire and that is all. to the pig tail. last night i somehow got it to turn on, i figured, out of gas, ill get gas in the morning first thing (this was late). So i got gas this morning went to turn the car on and nothing. well i checked the lines all the way back and no power not even with key turned on. Any help would be awesome so i can take my time on the 400SB

There’s no telling what wires the PO cut, spliced into the wrong places, etc.
But let’s get that that pump priming.
If the ECM is still in the car, and hasn’t had the important wires to it cut,
You can test it with a voltmeter.
There should be voltage on pin D of the Pump Relay green wire with a White stripe for 2 seconds when turning the key to RUN.
If repeating the test wait at least 10 seconds.
Was there power when you did that?

When you see fog or “running” lights on in good weather beware. WLow performance driver ahead.
