headlight issue

headlight issue
Just got a 89 IROC back from auto body shop fro new paint. Good news car looks great, bad news is my headlights are wired wrong or something. went to drive it last night turned on lights and all 4 lights were on high beam . clicked them down to shut off high beams and all 4 lights went out Haven't had a chance to look at it yet but i'm thinking it got plugged back into harness wrong,, yes no maybe any thoughts anyone

Lights Not Right
Use a small bulb or voltmeter to probe the tan wire at the bottom of the steering column when the dimmer switch is in the LO-Beam position.
If there’s no power there the problem is being caused by the dimmer switch not engaging properly due to misalignment or the switch has a bad contact.

If there’s no power there the problem is being caused by the dimmer switch not engaging properly due to misalignment or the switch has a bad contact.
