Transmission: Auto
Axle/Gears: 3.27
What is this wire for?

There's a pink wire coming from the main harness that was stripped on the end with no connector. Does anyone know where it should connect to? It's in an 88 GTA, analog gauges, automatic.

No one has any idea? I looked at one in a junk yard and found it goes into the firewall but I still don't know where it goes from there.

Have you traced it back through the harness and see where it originates??
If you do that it might give some insight to WHAT IT controls.

I'll look on mine tonight.

sarcasm: Maybe it hooks up to the optional Leaf Blower that you don't have under your hood!
