Can someone help me fix my radiator fan?

Car: 1987 Sports coupe/z28
Engine: 2.8/ swapping 5.3
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Open 3.42
Can someone help me fix my radiator fan?
The fan to my radiator is fried. The guy who installed my lt1 rewired it and burnt up the second I cut it on. I can't find this part at any parts store. Can some help me find it? Maybe even find the part number.

Is this the connector going into the fan? Is the engine 93 and the fans an 88?

Same connector from 3rdgen to LS1 cars. (also used as a fuse holder for ECM/fuel pump)
Make sure you have a relay and the proper sized wire.

Sorry it took so long to respond. My mechanic had one laying around. I got it fixed and moved to Indianapolis. But thanks for the responses.
