Removing ECM, Couple Questions
As the title says, On my 88 GTA.....
There's a dark green wire going from the AC clutch to the ECM, Why is this wire ran to the ECM and what do I do with it to remove the ECM ?

The ecm grounds the compressor clutch to turn it on.
What do you do with it to remove the ecm? Unplug it like the rest of the wires going to the ecm. Maybe I'm not understanding your question?

Possibly a convoluted way to turn on the aux fan with the compressor, but you could have that wire to the ECM trip a relay that sends a ground to the aux fan relay.
