97 wiring / starting issue

Hello, I recently purchased a 97 Firebird that hit a deer and suffered front end damage. I bought it for $800.00 and have made it my project car. I have been replacing the front end as well as the dash board because the passenger side airbag and the drivers side airbags had deployed also needing a front window replaced. I was able to drive it home and start it several times to move it around my driveway/garage so I know that she started and ran.
The work I've done: I replaced the window, and the dashboard [No small feat], but I did not put in the new passenger side airbag [I have the replacement, I just don't want to install it because I don't want to have it deploy and go through this mess a second time.
Electronics are not my forte...... [obviously]
I reinstalled-reconnected the ac/heater wires , the cd/radio wires, the the drivers side air bag, the auto trunk mechanism, and the headlight switch.
When I put the key in the ignition, all the lights on the dash light up, but the car won't start. I get the non stop beeping sound for the seat belt [or it might be the door ajar annoying sound]. Even if the key is not in the ignition that damn beeping continues if the door is open.
The radio and the heat/air works, the auto antenna works, but the engine wont turn over. I charged the battery, and tried jump starting it. No luck.
Is there a ground that is not connected? There are two grounds that I saw on the drivers side under the steering column cover that are grounded]
Do I have to do something to the SIR [airbag black box computer] since I didn't reinstall the passenger air bag?
Additional info.....I am replacing the drivers side door and the window motor/side mirror are not hooked up , and the headlight wiring harness is not yet hooked up [as i am waiting for a bumper part] if these circuits are not connected could this also be the problem?
any suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks!!!!
