High beams still on

I have an 89 camaro rs I have swapped out the headlight switch and the relay for my lights and my high beams still have a glow to them that I believe is to be the cause of battery drain overnight because the battery is new and has been tested I know it's not just a bad battery any more ideas

Re: High beams still on

The head lamp dimmer switch may be the culprit or high beam circuit wiring making voltage contact where it shouldn't be.

I'd Try the head lamp dimmer switch first, it is mounted on the driver side of the steering column. The switch is controlled by a metal rod that is moved by moving the multifunction switch lever backwards and forwards.
