Need help identifing a part

I am in the process of pulling out the ecm and i came across this unplugged. Just need help ID'ing it. It has two letters on the box AC i am not sure if it was For the no longer existent ac system or what.

I thought it looked familiar but wasn't sure.
I googled the part number (25074709) that was on the barcode slip and it comes up as the cruise control module.
I do know that it's typically mounted near the ECM as well.

Edit: The AC on the box might be a relic of ACDelco.
