Speedo, oil pressure gauge, and temp gauge not working

Hello All...

I have an issue that I've been researching and testing for about 2 weeks straight...
I purchased a completely stock 92 Rs with a 305 tbi L03 with 115,000 on the clock. I noticed that the cluster had some issues. So after talking the dude down several hundred dollars I drove her home! Once I got her home I started diagnosing the several small issues that she had. Got her running great!

However, this cluster issue is killing me. More importantly I cant figure out why the speedo wont work. The car and wiring looks to be completely stock. There are several different things that are confusing me at this point.

First, I noticed that there is no grey wire (B11) to test at the ECM (1228746) for the speedo, nor is there any wires in B9 or B10 on the harness. The wire to B10 is Org/Black. I found the white VSS buffer, and tested for voltage.

Pnk/Blk 32.3 dc in run only
Brn 2.1 in run
Red .5 in run
Brn 0.0 in run
Blk (ground)

The VSS input looks to be a BRN wire running into the ECM at A10. Im confused. I crazy confused here.....HELP!

Spoke the the previous owner about the issues. He said he had someone else do all the work so he doesnt know what was done. He also stated that he previously had a problem with the VATS, so he changed the computer thinking it was that. Then he changed the steering column, which he said solved the problem. However, this **** wired a push button switch to the started...Anyone?
