Dash lights out, fuse is good
So last week my dash lights went out while I was driving. When I had a chance I checked the fuse and it is good. There doesnt seem to be power getting to it though when I checked with a test probe. A couple days later I'm driving and hit a bump, they come back on, then later go off again. My rear view mirror map light doesn't work either unless I flip the on switch on it.
So it looks like I have an open or loose connection somewhere. I thought maybe my dash light dimmer was going out and replaced it but that wasn't it. I'm not having much luck finding a wiring diagram that includes the dash lights and the dash dimmer. Does anyone here have one? It would greatly help in tracking down where the loose connection is at.

Thank you for the link, but I must be blind, dumb, or both. Where on this diagram are the dash lights and the dash dimmer?
Edit: nevermind for some reason only one link appeared, now I see all of them

I added more links. You indicated no power to fuse, so the next place I would check would be the fuseable links on starter lug.

Re: Dash lights out, fuse is good
Update on this..
The open looks like it's on the connector to the dash light dimmer wheel. When I reach behind the dash and wiggle those wires my dash lights come back on.
Now the challenge is getting that thing out! It looks like it has catches on both sides of it that holds it in the dash, so no matter if I push it or pull it, it doesnt want to come out so I can fix or replace it. At least my dash lights work for now!
