No Power to '90 Firebird v6

I got into my car after work, put the key in the ignition and turned once, all dash lights came on per usual, turned key to start engine and lost power to everything. No headlights, no dash light, no radio, nothing. I thought it was the extreme cold (-9ºF) that drained by battery, so i got a jump from co-worker, still no power. Bought a new battery, still no power. please help, i am completely lost on what the problem is. (i checked my fuses as well, all are good)

The most likely cause of your problem is a loose or dirty connection on the + battery cable at the starter.

Also check the grounds in that area.
