305 auto , not getting fuel , bypassed vats by using resistors on orange wire it will crank but want start , it will hit on carb. Cleaner . I had it running 2 days ago , could this have something to do with the vats or is it just bad timing and the fuel pump has went out ? Thanks for any info

 

When you first turn the key to on, but not far enough to crank it, you should be able to hear the pump prime. That will tell you if the pump is even doing anything.

 

Not a sound , like I said it ran a couple of days ago , the vats has been giving me a lot of trouble so I by passed it today now nothing on the fuel side , also earlier today I had 12v at the fuel pump relay , now I have nothing , checked fuses under the dash , all were good I don't know if there are other fuse to the pump elsewhere ???? I'm at a lost !
