Horn button not working

I have this '89 Firebird I got last summer and the horn never worked during the entire time I had it. I tested the horns themselves and they work, I tested the relay and it works, I didn't test but looked at all the fuses under the dash near the base of the steering column and the LOOK like they're alright, ALL the other things in that circuit breaker thing the horn relay was plugged into work, the hazard flasher, turn signal flasher, the tone emitter for when the door is open with the lights on works, the fuses for the radio etc work, the horn relay seems to be the only thing not getting power to it. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? is there another fuse box somewhere else possibly in the engine compartment? It would sure be nice to see what it's like to have a working horn in this car. People will be distracted somehow (Possibly oogling the car through their rear view mirrors) at an intersection and I can't tell you how much I wish I could honk at them lol

Re: Horn button not working

Lol I ended up figuring it out in the end. Wild stab in the dark "What if I just tried pulling this back and seeing if it comes out? Oh, hey, look at that..." It works now for the first time in God only knows how long as I'm the third owner of this car which is my age. I'll post a pick or video soon.
