Battery is good all lights and accys work fine but when I go to crank nothing happens. No click. no sound at a'll. Just the normal spike in the gauges until the key returns to the on position. Side note the security light stays on while I try to crank.... This happens more times than not but is intermittent. Dont know if this would help but the problem started when I accidentally turned the car off while in reverse. (and yes i put it back in park before I had the problem) a troubleshooting tree would be greatly appreciated. Please help this little stuff is piling up and its frustrating as hell

 

Just tried it again this time. No security light at all. Still no start gave it a couple cranks cycled from reverse drive and back to park still no security light a couple cranks later it started

 

Never mind.....
