I am the original owner of this vehicle 82K miles. I put the vehicle away about 10yrs ago. at that time every thing worked. now with little work new fuel everything works but no hvac control. the wiper switches all work. the touch pads all cleaned. I have the wiring diagram to the ac control card #16028541. I checked all the inputs and out puts. I put 12v on the ac blower input to the speed relays for the blower motor and this caused the blower to work, so I need some advice on how to precede .

I guess I did not expect that the control board assy must be installed in the dash holder for the ground to connect. ac controller works like new since I cleaned up those little push switches.
