Mystery wires in the engine Bay

Hello everyone, I trying to button up the vortec l31 swap on my 1989 iroc camaro, and get this running but I cant seem to find the torque converter lockup plug for the transmission anywhere. But i have this 3 wires and 1 plug connection that i cant figure out what is for. The wires where cut before i owned the car so could use some help. The 3 cut wires are colored as green, purple and tan with black strip could this be the lockup connector? Could anyone tell me what color the lockup wires would be? and the the plug looks like the o2 style connector plug but way to short and already have that hooked up anyway, so im lost on this one too. Thanks for any and all help.
