I have a 89 v6 2.8 bird that has 4 wires that are not connected. My air conditioning does not cut on at all so im hoping one of the cords will help. Please help me identify these cables and where they should go thank you.

Sorry picture is blurry but its a long wire starting by the firewall and going towards the battery.
My guesses:
1) Cruise control
2) dunno
3) cruise control cable, looks the the TB/carb end, but could be the CC motor end.
4) looks like it could be a fan or fog light connector
