fog light indicator light/bulb
Ne1 know where the fog light indicator and/or panel light is on a 1987 Z28?
The print shows an indicator and a panel light. Is it physically inside the switch assembly? If so Mine doesn't light up. All other functions of the fog lights work.
Thanks

Re: fog light indicator light/bulb
I think it was 88 when the system changed. I think 88+ had the fog light wiring run thru C100 on cars with factory fogs ( missing on other cars ) and the fog light button also got new wiring and a button with an indicator lamp.
In 85-87 Camaros the fog light wiring was "independent" of all other wiring. ( it can be removed and used in any other 85-87.) The fog light button used 2 pins,... in 88-92 the plug had 4 pins. I don't know if an 88-92 button would work on an 85-87; the plug can be "made to fit", but I don't know if the button will activate the fogs.
