Ignition switch ? Not the key / tumbler part !!
So has anyone had a problem with the electrical part of the ignition switch cutting power to a running car? I've chased an intermittent electrical demon that sometimes lets the car start... then it normally dies somewhere very inconvenient...
Trying to find info on this is tough as everyone seems to call the key and tumbler the ignition switch....

They do go bad sometimes.
Not hard to find at all, when I've wanted one...
But, might wanna just check the adjustment of the rod before spending all that money ($25 maybe) on something that might not do any good.
The part you stick the key into is usually called "lock cylinder". The actual electrical part is "ignition switch".
