Won't Start, Won't Turn over
I have an 89 Camaro 5.0L w/ A/T

Well, took my car out for a spin and on the way back it randomly just killed. No weird noises just instant loss of power. Got it back home and tried to replace the ignition switch... didn't work. Tested a couple of places (Battery, Fuse box, etc.) for battery voltage and everything read what it should. The weird thing is, is that the interior lights work, the headlights work but no dash lights light up and the car wont even turn over.
If you guys have any ideas give me a shout, thanks much appreciated!!!

Yup, sounds like one of the 2 fusible links at the starter, died.
Each link powers about half the car. I.e. it's highly likely that the one that shows up at the fuse block might still have power, but the one that powers the ign sw might not.
Replace them both. Just do it. Life is too short to spend futzing around over a $3 part. Or even, 2 $3 parts. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/rnb-85621

check your nss by the shifter. jump the big purple wire with the big yellow wire at the switch connector. if your car starts change the nss. i had this issue.
