1984 z28 no power to ignition

Hey guys I have a 1984 z28 that I dropped a 350 in, anyway I was driving down the road one day and it just died. I have power to my interior all the lights work and all that jazz just nothing when I turn the key. Would really appreciate some impute.

I checked the fuses and looked for some fusable links but nothing so far

There's supposed to be a couple.

Maybe, that's your problem? The ones that are there, are ... somewhere else? as in, not hooked up?

That "Triangle Of Death" on top of your carb might be a hint as to some PO's level of understanding of what was A Good Idea and what wasn't. Might be a relationship, of a sort, contained there.

Hate to high jack but I'm having the same problem with a 91 tbi car. I replaced all the links but am having the same issue. All lights and radio but no start, nothing.

Thanks guys I found the issues, I found the issue farther up from the starter, I ended up ripping out the wires and putting new ones in
