No reverse lights wire in Manual 82' Z28 turned Automatic | WHAT DO?!
My car will also start in any gear which my friend believes is directly related.
This seems quite a problem as I believe I legally and for my own safety need reverse lights.
I discovered this when I went to tweak the neutral switch and upon inspection learned there was no cable connected to it nor can I find one in my shifter. Thoughts?

I assume you did not do the swap yourself? The neutral safety switch was originally wired on the clutch pedal. If I recall correctly on the T10 there was a reverse light switch mounted on the DS of the transmission. Look for a harness around there.

You would be correct sir! Could you elaborate by what you mean by DS of the transmission? I don't suppose you meant down side?
