Wipers not working....next step?

I have an 86 firebird 2.8l v6.

When i got the car, the wipers worked fine. Turned them on a second time and they were slow as snot no matter what speed they were on. Now nothing at all....

I've replaced the motor and the turn signal and wiper switch....
What should i check next? Where do i find the fuse (because that's been a thing with other issues)?

When i first googled this, i saw that pulse boards break easy...when i first replaced the old motor, i saw a bunch of blue plastic pieces fall out and hit the ground. They looked like a broken board....HOWEVER. I CANNOT find anyone who sells them and the new motor did NOT come with one....

Thoughts?

Welcome to TGO. For the wiper fuse it should be in the fuse block above your left foot. Look for a 25A fuse labeled WIPER.

Moving your thread to the electrical board here.

RBob.
