Hey everyone, I've read a few different threads on here concerning the same problem but I need some help.

When turning the wipers from Off to On-Delay you can hear a click by the wiper motor, but nothing happens on Delay or Low.

When you put it on High, the wipers go up and down about 2 inches back and forth non-stop, very rarely it will "catch" and go the whole span of the windshield.

I can buy a new cover and give it a try, but nothing appeared to be broken... the 3 prongs looked good as well...

Anyways, I took these two pics too.

 

Are you aligning the blk wheel properly whe reinstalling the cover?
Have you tried replacing the park switch?

 

Is there a specific way the black wheel is supposed to go?

No, I haven't had a chance to test anything yet - Where is the park switch located? I got another motor/cover on ebay for relatively cheap coming here this week so I will test it with that as well.

 

Yes, there's an arrow on it that points where it should face.The edge should just above the pin on that big gear.

The park switch is that white plastic with the three terminals, it's held by that bolt.

I got a whole new motor/cover from ebay and just replaced the whole thing.

After inspecting it a bit, it looks like it may have been loose...

Regardless, its working again. Thanks for the help everyone!
