The 3rd brake light is not working. It is the under wing light. What I find is the the deck lid contact part and wiring has been removed for some reason. The break light wiring connector has been cut off. So there is the black and red wiring just hanging there. I was wondering what it would take to get the brake light working again. I have found abother deck lid contact part that has a blue and black wire and connector. So my question is, does the black and blue wires from the contact connect to the red and black wires of the light itself? Or is there something else missing?

Any information, wiring diagram or pictures would be appreciated.

I am not finding a correct wiring diagram or pictures any where on the internet showing the under wing brake light configuration and how it is wired up to the spring loaded contact and/or the defroster.

Surely someone has seen this configuration or knows how it hooks up and works.

 

 

Do these plug directly into each other? The Contact is what I am missing and the Brake Light wiring had been cut and the housing was broken. So looking to replace both of these parts for sure.

 

I need the contacts as well, does anyone have a good source?
