Hello 1st post here, I could use some help, looking for wire color letter for buffer module. Built a custom dash bezel for my 72 Blazer,( Sorry its a 1st Gen) drive train is out of the 1993 Caprice Wagon...5.7 TBI...4L60 Vss no cable. 7 wires on the buffer, Pink 12v, black ground... A10 out of the ECM goes in ( F ) colors on my buffer are different and letters are in order. Q. is the 4k to the speedo the green wire? or brown in the (C ) location.. and do I need the yellow and purple wires. Or am I completly off...Any help would be great ...Thanks....Ed.

See first post link. Since you seems to have a buffer PN used in the third gens, I believe it will help.

 

Thanks for the link, that helps. Still he did not use it with a speedometer. I will make a length of yellow and purple, wires in case I need to splice into the VSS at the trans. Getting closer....
