Hey I'm 17 years old and bought my first car when I was 15 years old a 1988 iroc. It has a 305 5 speed and I been having problems with it. When I go to turn the car over it runs for a second then shuts off right away. I know it's not the vats because 88 and earlier didn't have it. It think I have it narrowed down into a list of possible things. It could be the tps, iac, maf,or my ignition/ sterring column. I'm hoping someone out there could help me solve this situation it would be much appreciated.
