First you take off the hush panel? from underneath the steering wheel on the driver side. Big padded piece with I think 5 torx screws. You then have access to remove the gauge bezel. Few 10mm screws on the bottom and the top pops right off with a gentle tug after you remove either the headlight **** or **** and shaft. You'll need to disconnect the lighter as well. Unscrew the screws holding the cluster in and it comes right out. Easier if you tilt the wheel down as far as you can and carefully snake it out. Reverse for install. Not hard just takes some patience.

Oh yeah, and after you tilt the wheel down it makes it easier to get the cluster out if you remove the tilt lever too. Good luck!
