'92 Camaro taillight wiring modification (Pontiac guys come on in)

I've painted the ambers on my '92 Camaro red.

My goal is to make them work similar to the trans/am lights.

Side markers work as normal (on/off with parking lights, no flash when using turn signal).
Outer lights on low with parking lights.
All four lights on high with brakes on.
Both left side lights flash with left turn signal, opposite side off unless on brakes.

The only part I'm not 100% sure of is the rewiring up front. From multiple threads... "connect the light blue wire in terminal B on the body harness side to the white wire in terminal A on the dash harness side, which reroutes the brake signal through the turn signal switch." Do all year cars have this white wire in the steering column? Hard to read the diagram, but it looks like it's C204 or C208 or C210?

I think the attached diagram is the simplest way to do this. I really want to use a TransAm harness, but reading those threads made my head spin. I'd want something fairly plug and play, as in the sockets would fit the light housings. This would allow me to use both elements of the 2057 bulbs and have the parking lights light up all 4 (6) on low. I just can't confirm what year harness and if the sockets would work in the Camaro housings.
