I have an '84 Trans Am, and on of the headlights wouldn't retract. As many have discovered, isolation relays are no longer manufactured. The Fiero enthusiast website has some good info. The Fiero is also prone to headlight problems. I found this:

It worked! I bought some 1N4001 diodes from ebay, and a new diode solved the problem.
